President Obama is Horrible at Foreign Policy because...

...of language.

Have you ever been influenced by a sales person? They use language designed to influence you. There is a technique called Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) used in sales. Basically, it is the use of language and behaviors to influence the behavior of others. For example, the phrase "does that make sense?"

The phrase is designed to elicit agreement generally, even if the other person does not agree with you.  Once agreement is reached between people, building rapport is natural. If President Obama states some problem and then follows up with "does that make sense?" You are likely to agree because the language is understood. You don't have to agree on the solution, although he is now relying on rapport to influence you toward agreement with whatever impeachable socialist idea he presents next.

The reason politicians have speech writers is to get a high level of influence baked into the language they use. Teleprompted speeches are designed to use language to influencing you. However, this speechwriting doesn't work on people from other cultures who speak different languages and have different customs. The tremendous effort of choosing the right language is filtered by interpreters and degraded by body language differences.

In most other countries, people are more threatened than in America. They might not have food or water or personal security or housing or the ability to travel freely. Some entire countries feel threatened by America, like Russia or Syria or Iran. Language alone doesn't work on these people because there is no rapport when people are not comfortable. Without rapport all that can be relied upon is respect and authority.

Ronald Wilson Reagan Facebook Profile Picture
Ronald Reagan was The Great Communicator because he could build rapport. He was able to build rapport even with the leader of the Soviet Union and other influential foreign leaders. Imagine for a moment, the ability to build rapport with someone you are aiming nuclear weapons at and call the leader of "The Evil Empire."

President Obama is rejected by a significant percent of AMERICANS. That fact alone shows his lack of skill at building rapport. Americans are nice people, but we remember the threat of communism and nuclear destruction. We remember or learned about Marxist language and how it is used all around the world to oppress. We remember the triumph of freeing eastern Europe from soviet oppression. We understand President Obama is a charlatan pushing that same failed Marxist rhetoric...AND...so do foreigners who live or lived under it. This is why the American left and President Obama are incapable of building the rapport required to be successful at foreign policy.

There is a school of thought in foreign policy that states, "there is no such thing as foreign policy, only policy." As an academic thought, this idea ranks up there with "work smarter not harder" and "perception is reality." It is completely WRONG. We must work "smarter AND harder" to succeed and "reality exists." Foreign policy must be completely unambiguous because it must cross all cultural boundaries. It is different.

Furthermore...

America has a leg up on other cultures in foreign policy due to our cultural diversity. Ironically, our president and progressives generally understand only one culture...the empowerment of the state over the individual...socialism. We see it everyday in their "you didn't build that", "it takes a village" and "its stacked against you" rhetoric and policies of disempowerment. That alienates most Americans and most humans.

Obama Voter Fraud
In conclusion, the left cheated to win the election in 2012. They crashed the economy in 2007 to win in 2008. The progressive left will do anything to win, but in the end cheaters do NOT win. They may gain a victory, but they are not actually CAPABLE of winning.

The left is NOT influential enough to actually win. They can never build rapport by telling people to be unempowered and rely on big brother, it isn't true. Progressives rely on authority, oppression, fear and dominance but are undermined by having to earn authority through cheating and lies. Fear requires respect. Progressivism fails, because it isn't honest, the idea doesn't have integrity and people do not respect it. Conservativism can be disrespected but Progressivism isn't respectable and language doesn't change that.

Windows 2012 R2 Hyper-V Generation 2 VM's Missing RemoteFX

Occasionally, this blog needs to address an issue from another realm of expertise.  There is a lot of political and economic news, but technology needs addressed.  Microsoft Windows 2012 R2 was recently released. It is the Windows Server version of Microsoft's new Windows 8.1 operating system, but is missing an important component.

Silver Small Business
Since Windows Server 2008, Microsoft's server operating systems include the ability to create virtual machines (vm) through software called Hyper-V. A key benefit of Hyper-V is that instead of new computers requiring new hardware, new virtual machines can be created on one piece of hardware. Virtual machines are accessed via Remote Desktop protocol and can display full screen video, video games, or movies over the network or "from the cloud". Hyper-V uses RemoteFX to allocate the Windows Server's video capability to a remote desktop computer. The remote desktop computer is actually accessing a file on the Windows server, this file is a "virtual" computer or "vm".
The vm is actually a few files, some are configuration files and others represent virtual hard drives.

Windows Server 2012 R2 includes improved versions of Hyper-V and RemoteFX and launched an improved vm file format called Generation 2 (.vhdx). Generation 2 vm has a lot of cool new features but is missing something important. Generation 2 does not appear to support RemoteFX.

What is the deal here Microsoft? Here is a screen capture of a Windows 8.1 enterprise vm on one of my servers which includes other vms with RemoteFX on Generation 1 virtual machines. All the group policies have been checked. I want my RemoteFX.

Tea Party Blogger Blamed for Syria

I, a tea party member, am responsible for the political and civil unrest in Syria. I also am to blame for President Barack Obama's handling of the issue. Further, it is I, not Congress who will decide whether the president is authorized to use force in Syria, the mess which I created. Neither President Barack H. Obama nor the United States Congress hold any blame whatsoever in this situation. This is my confession.

Al Qaeda Enemy, Enemy, Enemy ...REBELS

Certain facts have been omitted for national security reasons. However, this post is an full confession to the American people of my mishandling and mismanagement of the situation. It serves as exculpatory testimony for Republicans, Democrats, Conservatives, Liberals, Progressives, NeoCons, Occupy, Tea Party, Independents, youtube movie makers and all other Americans.

Let me begin with a sincere apology. Because of me, my fellow Americans are frustrated, America's credibility in the world is shaken and the world's powers are at odds. These are consequences to which I was blind. For these things, I am gravely sorry.

The exercise of power and the accumulation of knowledge come at a price. The price we pay is the corruption of our own humility and conscience.  The founding fathers were right to implement the Separation of Powers in the U.S. Constitution. This situation serves as a reminder to lead by ageless wisdom:

The more prohibitions you have, the less virtuous people will be.
The more weapons you have, the less secure people will be.
The more subsidies you have, the less self-reliant people will be.

Therefore the Master says:
I let go of the law, and people become honest.
I let go of economics, and people become prosperous.
I let go of religion, and people become serene.
I let go of all desire for the common good, and the good becomes common as grass.

A great nation is like a great man;
When he makes a mistake, he realizes it.
Having realized it, he admits it.
Having admitted it, he corrects it.
He considers those who point out his faults as his most benevolent teachers.
He thinks of his enemy as the shadow that he himself casts.
My meddling was motivated by the pursuit of the common good. Therein lies the fatal flaw in the common good. It doesn't require good, it only requires justifications and rationalizations in the pursuit of self aggrandizement.

Star Spangled Banner
So, this crisis is not the doing of an anti-Syrian Youtube video. The president is not to blame. The military-industrial complex is not at fault. Oil, climate change and religion are off the hook. Finally, Congress is innocent in this situation. I take full responsibility.

As the only person willing to take responsibility, the authorization and decision to attack Syria becomes my responsibility. This decision shall not be abdicated. No excuses are offered. The buck has stopped here.

Whatever happens blame me, a tea partier, it is always my fault.

God bless America and long may the star-spangled banner wave over the land of the free and the home of the brave!

P.S.

Do you hear me now Obama, McCain, Congress? You no longer have to worry about politics and can do what is best for the country. Point all fingers here.

Syria Reveals Rise of Islam In America

From Ow.Ly TamiJ
Late August 2013, between 9% and 15% of Americans support U.S. intervention in the Syrian Civil war. Attacking Syria in retaliation for using chemical weapons on civilians does not seem to ring true since more than 100,000 people have died in that civil war. Syria is a situation exclusively handled by Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama.

Doo Doo EconomicsScratching Post, Liberator TodayCanto Talk, Beers With Demo, Word Warrior and many of my tea party compatriots at the San Diego Local Order of Bloggers oppose war in Syria. There are very few social issues on which Americans unanimously agree, but this is one. America spent blood and treasure fighting al-Qaeda, we do not want to become al-Qaeda's air force after arming them in violation of international law.

Assumed U.S. Soldiers opposed to War in Syria

Syrian Rebels from al-Nusra execute Shia truck drivers
As a refresher, al-Qaeda are Sunni Islamic extremists. Here is video of Syrian al-Nusra (al- Qaeda) rebels executing Shia, Alawite, truck drivers due to their religion. The battle for Islamic control between Sunni and Shia is far beyond the scope of a blog post. However, something happened on Twitter which shocked America. We need to closely review the fact that Sunni, Muslim Brotherhood, front man Luis Farrakhan seems to have come out AGAINST an attack on Syria.

To put this in context: Many Americans believe President Obama is Muslim. If true, would he be Shia or Sunni? From controversial blogger Lame Cherry:
What requires understanding in this is Kenyans are Sunni Muslims who Obama is born from. Indonesians are Sunni Muslims who Obama was adopted into. Malcolm Little or X was a convert to Sunni Islam who Obama learned to be black from according to David Remnick. Louis Farrakhan or Louis Eugene Walcott, who Obama had Walcott's followers intimidate reporters in Chicago moved the Nation of Islam Mooselums closer to Sunni theology.
Barack Obama Soetoro was financed by Saudi Sunni Islam, the same sects as Sheik bin Laden, for his schooling.
So to answer the question as to which branch of Islam that Obama's loyalties lay, the answer is he is a Sunni Muslim
In addition to the Lame Cherry statement, President Obama supported the "Arab Spring" in Egypt to the benefit of The Muslim Brotherhood. When the Brotherhood was ousted, the president spoke out against the regime change in the face of Christians being slaughtered. In Benghazi, the president armed al-Qaeda, the palestinians, Sunni Iraqi insurgents and the country of Libya came within a few votes of Muslim Brotherhood control. Ambassador Stevens' work in Libya strengthened the opposition to the Muslim Brotherhood, he is now dead.

Why would Sunni Islamists oppose the use of American military power to gain al-Qaeda/Muslim Brotherhood control of Syria? Is it coincidence that President Obama reconsidered his position and threw the decision to Congress, or was he just itching to get back to playing golf? The best that we can do is summarize what was said by Farrakhan in video and on Twitter. (Click links for raw info.)

Your point of view on this matter is very helpful, so here is my "reporter" style tweet to start:

Here is Luis Farrakhan advertising his speech:
The video sermon is about 1.5 hours. We reviewed it in all of its disjointed glory. The closest mirror-image allegory is America's progressive-left opposing President George W. "Bush's War", but remaining silent when President Obama exceeds "W"'s imperial presidency at every turn. As Silvio Canto puts it, "  The mask is off: They hated Bush, not war."

Farrakhan insinuates on Obama
It could be that President Obama is "not Muslim enough" for Minister Farrakhan, or maybe he is viewed as an "apostate" or as "not a good Muslim" by anti-Obama Islamic leaders. Maybe it is simply a power struggle. Maybe the Alex Jones accusations that President Obama assumed control of al-Qaeda after killing Osama Bin Laden strikes some fear in Farrakhan. In this power struggle, is President Obama the moderate Muslim?

Here are a few #Farrakhan "peaceful" reactions from Twitter. Some seem to be threats to the President:
By contrast, the tea party is the "party of peace." Moreover, that this trended in the United States twittersphere is a shock. Doo Doo Economics is all over twitter and this is the first such American Islamic "pop-culture" trend noticed.

We appreciate your help in getting to the bottom of the question, "Is Islam rising in America?"

Glenn Beck, from my viewing, would answer "YES." What do you say?
