Occupy Connected to Chevron Oil Refinery Fire

Today has been a very violent day thanks to the left. Much of the violence is linked to Colorado.  The Aurora theater shooting information flow has been blacked out, but neuroscience student James Holmes' attack is arguably linked to the Occupy movement. People will scream "politicalization" but the movie attacked was known to be anti-occupy before its release.

Wade Michael Page, from Colorado, assaulted a Sikh temple and killed six people due to progressive racism.
Page joined the military in Milwaukee in 1992 and was a repairman for the Hawk missile system before switching jobs to become one of the Army's psychological operations specialists assigned to a battalion at Fort Bragg, N.C.

As a "psy-ops" specialist, Page would have trained to host public meetings between locals and American forces, use leaflet campaigns in a conflict zone or use loudspeakers to communicate with enemy soldiers.
Remember that the NAZI party was a socialist progressive movement. When people describe NAZI as "right-wing" they are using a European definition that places fascism on the right and communism on the left of Marxist socialism. American politics are not European politics. We value small government on the right and progressives value subjugation and centralized power.

The racist progressive movement started in America. It is well documented via the plan by Margaret Sanger to eliminate "undesirables" through Planned Parenthood. She was shut down twice before succeeding in creating an eugenics inspired business.
In 1921 Sanger founded the American Birth Control League, whose mission was to provide education, by means of literature and lectures, on the prevention of pregnancy. The organization would later be known as the National Birth Control League, and eventually the Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Margaret served as president of the league until 1928.

In 1922 Margaret married her second husband, oil magnate James Noah H. Slee. Even after they were married, Margaret maintained her sexual independence. Slee was the main contributor to the birth control movement, and the two remained married until his death in 1943.
She was literally called a "raceologist." Direct Quotes:
  • Eugenics is … the most adequate and thorough avenue to the solution of racial, political and social problems. "The Eugenic Value of Birth Control Propaganda", October 1921, page 5.
  • The campaign for birth control is not merely of eugenic value, but is practically identical with the final aims of eugenics. "The Eugenic Value of Birth Control Propaganda", October 1921, page 5.
  • ...give dysgenic groups in our population their choice of segregation or sterilization. "A Plan for Peace", April 1932, pp. 107-108
My point being when you hear that Mr. Page was a racist, that does not mean he was a conservative. Republicans and Libertarians are the parties of civil rights, abolition and individualism. Eugenics is a progressive Democrat endeavor in American politics. If you have any doubts review this article on birth rates by the New York Times.
You can see surprising political correlations. As Steve Sailer pointed out in The American Conservative, George Bush carried the 19 states with the highest white fertility rates, and 25 of the top 26. John Kerry won the 16 states with the lowest rates....

Natalists resist the declining fertility trends not because of income, education or other socioeconomic characteristics. It's attitudes. People with larger families tend to attend religious services more often, and tend to have more traditional gender roles.
With this in mind, two churches have been attacked, one in Aurora, Colorado four months before James Holmes' theater attack. Now, a progressive attacked a church based upon race.

Arson has killed two people and injured 14 more in Aurora Colorado. The apartment building is across from University of Colorado-Denver Anschutz Medical Campus. Fox 31 in Denver reports:
Robnett said there were at least 14 people hurt — five had moderate injuries and nine had minor injuries. A number of people jumped to escape the flames.

There were reports from witnesses at the scene that they saw someone with a gas can running away.
Dailymail reported what may indicate a comrade of James Holmes is involved:
The first time that police began to think that there may have been an accomplice was when a local officer received a threatening electronic message Saturday evening, demanding that Holmes be released from custody or else the sender would become violent.
A very suspicious connection between Occupy Oakland, Occupy Richmond and Occupy LA has developed regarding a burning Chevron oil refinery. Occupy has previously targeted the Chevron refinery.
“By standing up to Chevron today, we are showing that we are not going to be dominated anymore,” McLaughlin told the gathering. She pointed to victories in the last few years of the community’s struggle to control Chevron.
On April 22, Occupy Earth day protested the Chevron refinery. They described the refinery as:
"a perfect example of how the 1% destroys the health and well-being of the 99%."
BART service was stopped due to the fire. In April an Occupy protester jumped in front of the BART as part of Occupy BART which had been cancelled in November.  More information is available here. The existence of documented motive and opportunity casts a clear suspicion on the Occupy movement.

Additionally the one year anniversary of Occupy Wall Street is approaching. Here is a list of upcoming events from Occupy in celebration. The anniversary carries more than just a celebratory tone.
Occupy Wall Street has been carrying on many other activities while the mass media continues to ignore them as much as they think they can get away with.
Two occupy protesters were murdered recently. The article linked ends on this note:
May the memories of our fallen comrades be fuel for our fire - fuel that helps us burn down this disgusting system that’s taken you from us and build a better one, together. You committed yourselves to this struggle and we will continue with you in our hearts always.
Tweets from Occupy and its supporters regarding the Chevron fire:

This post has been clearly anti-occupy in tone and accusation. However, the above information is all circumstantial. For the last year, we have been warning the occupy movement that they may be leftist cannon fodder. Via study of communist insurgency techniques, the battle plan for insurgency requires:
The more fragmented a society, the greater the chance for resentment by the populace. The insurgent attempts to increase friction between different groups in society. These groups may be aligned along racial, ethnic, religious, or social lines.
The tea party was too peaceful to be used as a violent villain. While the very term "occupier" has obvious negative connotations. Occupy supporters should consider that recent media coverage is building an anti-Obama narrative around the Occupy movement. There is a reason for this. President Obama was supportive to build the movement. Now the President needs reelected and the perception of a violent occupy movement is a perfect opponent. At least, such a political position change establishes plausible deniability and political distance.

Gun Control Debate Over Dark Knight Rises Shooting

Captain Kirk, Dont Tread on Me

Gun control has become a political debate due to the shooting in Aurora Colorado during the midnight showing of The Dark Knight Rises. As rhetoric flies and emotions rule the day, we would like to add some facts and information to the debate.

The massacre took between sixteen and twenty minutes to unfold.  That is enough time for a killer to use a bolt action rifle or a machete to kill a large number of people. In terms of conflict, twenty minutes is nearly as long as the four months it took to organize the attack with NIH funds.

There was a church shooting four months ago in Aurora Colorado. The earlier shooting was stopped by a concealed-carry, armed church service attendee. This may explain the level of protection worn by James Holmes.
"Police said two vehicles ended up in the church parking lot after some sort of argument between the drivers. Police said one vehicle was chasing the other. The man who was being chased got out of his vehicle and entered the church and told people to take cover. A woman came out of the church to see what was happening in the parking lot and got shot.

Police said an off-duty officer was at a service and went outside and shot the man who shot the woman"
The new media has reported this fact, but ABC, NBC and CBS have been silent so far.

Many of the arguments for gun control center upon stopping crazies from acquiring weapons. As this blog has explained, the Dark Knight Rising attack was not motivated by insanity.

Another argument by Bill O'Reilly on Fox News has centered around restricting "heavy weapons." Ted Nugent explains the O'Reilly argument humorously, "walk into the florist and buy a bazooka." It is a bad argument, but it allows an opportunity to tread the line next to revealing top secret weapons currently deployed.

Research has uncovered that our government has a sniper rifle with 1000 meters range that does not use projectiles.  A photograph of the rifle reveals a weapon that looks like a toy. It is NOT a phaser, laser or E.M.P. weapon. It was developed as a weapon to be used by our new hypersonic fighters.

***insert conspiracy theory here***

What if it were a phaser, or ray gun like in science fiction?  On one episode of Star Trek, a single phaser was credited with killing 5,000 opponents armed with bows and arrows. Regardless, at some point traditional guns will become obsolete. The weapons that replace them will be much more deadly.

Are phasers covered by the second amendment? They would definitely be classified "heavy weapons" by Mr. O'Reilly. Without them the civilian population would offer no real resistance to a tyrannical government. The right to free speech and representative government would quickly be intimidated into a dim memory. No person would dare oppose rule by those who could vaporize a home and entire family and leave no evidence. The last line of defense against tyranny would be erased without the second amendment.

A phaser type weapon would make a modern .50 caliber machine gun look like a sling-shot. A phaser weapon used in a massacre would be unimaginably destructive. Yet, governments are run my fallible, power hungry, ambitious people who yearn for control. Tipping the balance of power drastically to the wrong side is more dangerous than a balance of power, or even a balance of terror.

In Switzerland everyone is required to own an automatic weapon. Everyone is part of the militia. This is similar to our founding documents in America. Yet, the Swiss gun crime rate is so low that it no longer kept.

John Cassidy of the New Yorker chimes in with some revealing perspective on the mind of the left. Mr Cassidy wonders, "Is America Crazy? Ten Reasons It Might Be. "  Consider his answer if asked what he believes in contrast to these beliefs "in the category of irrationality, flakiness, nonsense, nuttiness, absurdity, craziness…"
  1. Gun laws and gun deaths are unconnected.
  2. Private enterprise is good; public enterprise is bad.
  3. God created America and gave it a special purpose.
  4. Our health-care system is the best there is.
  5. The Founding Fathers were saintly figures who established liberty and democracy for everyone.
  6. America is the greatest country in the world.
  7. Tax rates are too high.
  8. America is a peace-loving nation: the reason it gets involved in so many wars is that foreigners keep attacking us.
  9. Cheap energy, gasoline especially, is our birthright.
  10. Everybody else wishes they were American.
Translated into English, Mr. Cassidy is saying something like: (apologies for inaccurate translations)
  1. Guns cause crime.
  2. Government is good; free markets are bad.
  3. God does not exist and America is not exceptional
  4. Research, cures, new technology and other advancements are too expensive for an over-populated planet?
  5. The Founding Fathers were racists who wanted freedom only for themselves.
  6. America is NOT the greatest country in the world.
  7. No tax rates is too high, even the highest in the world.
  8. America is a war-mongering nation: the reason it gets involved in so many wars is for empire.
  9. Cheap energy, gasoline especially, is destroying the earth.
  10. Everybody else should hate Americans.
The moral to the story is that no matter the dark side of freedom, it is preferable to the alternative. If an armed citizen had been at the theater, the attack would have ended more like the previous Aurora shooting. Even a short gun battle would have been preferable. Twenty minutes of being trapped defenseless is what led to the massacre. Armed people cannot be massacred.

Former Occupy San Diego Member Attacks Batman Movie

Colorado University images of James E. Holmes

(7/20/2012 10:30 AM) Reports by a Florida private investigator connect the Aurora Colorado shooter with Occupy San Diego.  The motivation for the shooting appears to be the negative portrayal of the Occupy Wall Street movement. There are conflicting reports about this but it fits with our coverage of the plot of the movie. The shooter is being called a "black block" member of occupy who felt the movement was not radical enough.

James E Holmes
1690 Paris St, Apt 10
Aurora, CO 80010-2918

James E. Holmes (DOB 12/13/1987) is 24 years old from San Diego CA.
Bill Warner private investigator at http://www.wbipi.com/

The following pictures are from a site called 9gag. If they are real, the user 9GAGftw is the shooter James E. Holmes and he was incited to violence by users on the site. All references have now been removed, but these are screenshots recovered online. Reports now suggest a rival website created these images as a hoax.

The shooter had dropped out of a Ph.D program at the University of Colorado. He had a degree from U.C. Riverside in Neuroscience. The Holmes family lives in San Diego but may have kicked James out (unconfirmed). James had moved into his Aurora apartment within the last couple weeks.  His father may be faculty at the U.S. Naval War College.

The shooter was not legally carrying firearms but was wearing a bullet-proof vest and dressed in black riot gear. Tear gas was used on the theater patrons. The shooting lasted 15 minutes or more which suggests that all the movie patrons were unarmed.

Immediately after the shooting ABC News' Brian Ross and George Stephanopoulos speculated on Good Morning America that Holmes was a Tea Party member, based solely on a name appearing on a Tea Party website. The person identified is a 52-year-old Hispanic Tea Party member, not the 24 year old shooter.

Reports that the shooter was a registered Democrat may not be correct. It seems that he is not registered to vote or is not part of a major political party.

Hopefully the shooter cooperates with police. Society needs to learn what and why this occurred.

It is very possible that some of this initial information is wrong, but it is the best available at the moment.

Update 11:30 AM PST; Comments from Occupy San Diego:
"Trying to smear a movement that has the support of tens of millions of Americans with the actions of a likely psychotic monster is incredibly disrepectful to the victims, their families and the people of the United States.

If it turns out that the individual had ever participated in any Occupy activity, along with millions of Americans, in a unique forum where NO ONE was denied the chance to contribute, then it means as little about the Occupy movement as the many acts of violence connected to known Tea Party supporters mean about the Tea Party movement's goals.

Actually, it means LESS, since Tea Party sympathizers have been found trying to bomb the border after hearing calls for landmines along the Rio Grande at a Phoenix Tea Party formal speech, for example, whereas the Occupy movement has always stood TOTALLY AGAINST ALL VIOLENCE against people, in every statement, every GA and among the organizers of every major event." Leif
No person contacted in the Occupy San Diego movement recognized James Holmes.

"Black Block" per Occupy San Diego is not a group, it is a tactic.

UPDATE 7/22 3 AM:
0) Answers to comments: At this point, changing the title of the post will not help. The connection to OWS was from a private investigator in Florida. Also, Death threats were associated with the movie due to critics reviews. Many of the reviews mentioned the anti-occupy themes of the movie.

1) Reports that the James Holmes car was from Tennessee and had a Romney bumper-sticker were debunked: Photos revealed the lack of bumper-sticker and the following information:

  • 1690 PARIS ST #10
  • Aurora, CO 80010
  • Hyundai Tiburon
  • Purchased 3/15/2011
  • License Renewed 1/10/2012
  • VIN: KMHJG25F8YU200570
Sample CO license plate
Photos from DailyMail.co.uk here.  Here is a comparison CO license plate.

2) Photos of James Holmes at an Occupy event have been run through facial recognition software with a 96% match. The credibility of the person doing the analysis is at question. The hair is curly in the occupy photo and the person has a beard. The software compares eyes, ears and nose to make matches. Hair changes due to humidity and styling. This is a matter of opinion at this point.

3) Corrected reference to medical school - He was in a Ph.D. program.

4) After viewing The Dark Knight Rises movie, I can confirm it is anti-occupy. The villain is short one Occupy Gothem sign to make it explicit. The villains directly attack "Wall Street," hold "people's tribunals," and more.

Also, the villain makes a statement about using "false hope" to destroy society. This played like a political reference. A reference viewed through my own bias about our current President.

In the end, the point to the movie could be the inner conflict of Batman against a backdrop of social unrest that threatens to unleash social chaos.

Christopher Nolan has released a statement about the shooting:
"Speaking on behalf of the cast and crew of The Dark Knight Rises, I would like to express our profound sorrow at the senseless tragedy that has befallen the entire Aurora community. I would not presume to know anything about the victims of the shooting but that they were there last night to watch a movie. I believe movies are one of the great American art forms and the shared experience of watching a story unfold on screen is an important and joyful pastime. The movie theater is my home, and the idea that someone would violate that innocent and hopeful place in such an unbearably savage way is devastating to me. Nothing any of us can say could ever adequately express our feelings for the innocent victims of this appalling crime, but our thoughts are with them and their families."
5)  I am a tea partier and not an occupier. It is my goal to be fair, but find the truth. Truth has become so rare that it now interrupts our self-involved fantasy worlds and enrages many of us. Truth has become a blinding light in a pitch black room. It is up to "we the people" to find and remember truth as the media has become to corrupted and unreliable. So, I apologize for anything that I get wrong. Hopefully, you will correct me when needed, but let's remember:

  • Jarod Loughner, a far-left, flag burning, 2012 prophecy, communist manifesto murderer was tied to the tea party. Rep. Gabriel Gifford (D) is remembered but when was the last time you heard the name of  Federal Judge John Roll, appointed by President George H. W. Bush to the bench in 1991? The judge and five others died that day.
  • Fort Hood Islamic terrorist Major Nidal Hasan was active military assigned to help our returning soldiers. Major Hasan encouraged Islamic terrorist suicide bombings, but the Obama administration downplayed his motives to ensure their "terrorism on American soil" count did not rise. Political correctness caused the problem and was then used to dampen discussion and derail the effort to find solutions.
  • Joseph Stack, after writing an anti-corporate, anti-Catholic, anti-corruption, anti-Bush, anti-capitalist manifesto, crashed his plane into an IRS building. His attack had the expressed purpose to wake up "American zombies" to revolt against the government. He was labeled "tea party" because he made the statement "I have just had enough." Stack has been completely forgotten since his death in Feb. 2010. A fact that serves only one master.
The motives of James Holmes are of primary importance. If Holmes is part of a political movement that has become intolerant of opposition to the point of terrorism, we all need to know.  We need to evaluate the situation to find the truth and not allow it be used to further take our rights and responsibilities.  To understand who is really on our side, we need to who is telling the truth.

One other thing is clear, a gun that could have saved lives was not present.

Update 7/22 11 AM:
More pictures are available of the shooter, which may be of use to those who are comparing them to the "occupy photo."
TMZ has a myspace photo: http://www.tmz.com/2012/07/20/batman-massacre-james-holmes-photo/
From AdultFriendFinder, a picture showing red and curly hair:
ABC News via TMZ video of shooter at about 18 years of age: http://www.tmz.com/2012/07/22/colorado-shooting-james-holmes-video-high-school/

Update 7/22 10:45 PM:
1) Per the Colorado legal definition of Insanity, James Holmes is not insane.

Colorado uses the M'Naghten Rule:
Under the M'Naghten rule, a criminal defendant is not guilty by reason of insanity if, at the time of the alleged criminal act, the defendant was so deranged that she did not know the nature or quality of her actions or, if she knew the nature and quality of her actions, she was so deranged that she did not know that what she was doing was wrong.
Holmes planned the attack for a reason. The planning took up to 4 months. Common usage of the term "crazy" refers to people in an extremely agitated state. The shooter is not "crazy" by common usage, and does not seem to fit the M'Nagthen rule.

Further, the Colorado legislature has reportedly made acts born of revenge, hate and anger exempt from the insanity defense.
..care should be taken not to confuse such mental disease or defect with moral obliquity, mental depravity, or passion growing out of anger, revenge, hatred, or other motives, and kindred evil conditions, for when the act is induced by any of these causes the person is accountable to the law
 2) James Holmes has been targeted by Jailhouse Justice per fellow SLOBs writter Lipstick Underground:
“Kid Killer! Kid Killer! Kid Killer!”
That was the threatening welcome fellow inmates of the Colorado Arapahoe Detention Center gave unapologetic James Holmes when he arrived at the jailhouse Saturday.
Update 7/23 11 AM:
Another picture with curly red/orange hair to compare to Occupy protester.
Update 7/24 7 PM:
Fellow SLOB WC Varones is reporting that the National Institute of Health was the source of funding for James Holmes.

Batman vs Occupy in Dark Knight Rises

(7/19/2012 1:35PM) Tonight at midnight the final episode of Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy is released as Dark Knight Rises. Liberal film critics have been giving the movie bad reviews because the villain is an Occupy Wall Street type who attacks "The 1%." A cultural battle between the fans and left-wing movie critics culminated in the film review site Rotten Tomatoes suspending comments.

Everyone from Rush Limbaugh to G4 television has chimed into the battle. Rush was accused by G4 of calling the film a conspiracy against Mitt Romney because the villain, who was created in the early 1990's, is named Bane. During G4's Attack of the Show, a movie reviewer pointed out that the villain was an occupier.  The guest-geek host pushed the reviewer into mentioning the tea party as an evil force, ostensibly to "maintain impartiality."

Rush, as reported by the Washington Examiner, was referring to a story about Democrats using the movie's villain as a connection to Bain Capital which was founded by Mitt Romney:
"I never said that the villain was created by the comic book character creator to be part of the 2012 campaign. I never said that at all. Everybody’s out there running around saying I got this giant conspiracy theory that the Batman people, the creators, the comic book creators, created this thing to campaign against Romney. I never said that. I didn’t say there was a conspiracy."
The story originated this week with the Washington Examiner’s Paul Bedard, who reported that Democrats were planning to use the villain Bane, as a way to remind voters of Romney’s connection to his company, Bain Capital.

Bedard quoted a Democratic strategist who suggested that “the narratives are similar: a highly intelligent villain with offshore interests and a past both are seeking to cover up who had a powerful father and is set on pillaging society."
SFGate reviewer Mick LaSalle offered the following in his review 'The Dark Knight Rises' review: Mostly falls flat:
Bane's dastardly plot involves a massive transfer of wealth using the stock exchange. It consists further of inciting civil unrest and taking control of cutting-edge technologies that can be used for good or ill. Nolan's critique of Wall Street is implicit in the portrayal of the rapacious and arrogant Wall Street traders, but some uneasiness about the Occupy movement is evident, as well, in the film's depiction of people's tribunals. However, to say that the movie steers a middle course would be to impose coherence on what seems more like a scattered set of fears and impressions.
USA today chimes in:
While The Dark Knight Rises is currently experiencing a glowing 84% "fresh" rating on RottenTomatoes.com, the film has been deemed "rotten" by a few critics, including Marshall Fine of Hollywood & Fine, Christy Lemire of the Associated Press and Nick Pinkerton of the Village Voice. Fine lambasted Dark Knight Rises for being "nonsensical," and Lemire called it a "letdown."
"As a movie writer and critic, Christy gives her opinion and we expect people will agree with some of her reviews and disagree with others," said Lou Ferrara, the AP managing editor who oversees entertainment. "It's unfortunate when the conversation turns ugly."
My suggestion to tea party types, occupy types and superhero fans is to go buy tickets immediately.

Update 7/22 7:05 PM: Director Christopher Nolan retweeted a comment about his intention with the DKR script. It is assumed that direct comment on the overtone of the movie would be contractually forbidden.
